About Omertis
Omertis is a fictional family-management and decision game. Stories and characters are fictional. In-game money, power and territories have no real-world monetary value or ownership rights. Website interactions are promotional previews and do not transfer to game progress.
Your account and conduct
Your account is created automatically and anonymously when you first open the game; there is no username or password. An account may be lost when the app is deleted or the device changes, and it cannot be recovered. You are responsible for the security of your device. Do not use family or leader names that infringe others’ rights, cheat, seek unauthorized access or disrupt the service. Consult the App Store age rating when the app is published.
Books and subscriptions
Story content is presented as Books. The first Book is free; later Books are available with the subscription described in the app. One-time Book purchases are no longer sold, and purchases made earlier remain valid. The subscription product identifiers are omertis.subs.monthly (monthly) and omertis.subs.yearly (yearly). The applicable price, duration, scope and any trial terms appear in Apple’s checkout before purchase; this website makes no price commitment.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically under Apple’s terms unless cancelled before the current period ends. Check Apple subscription settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. Restore purchases with the same Apple account. Apple handles refund requests.
Content, access and rights
Images, text and branding belong to their respective rights holders. Content and features may evolve as the service develops, subject to mandatory rights relating to purchased access. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. See Apple’s standard EULA for the iOS application licence.
